Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Hisparadise Clean's services.
By accessing or using the Hisparadise Clean website, mobile platform, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Hisparadise Clean, a brand of Hisparadise Group, operating in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria.
Hisparadise Clean provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, home cleaning, office cleaning, and related services. We offer:
Services are subject to availability in your area and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
To place an order you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by Hisparadise Clean. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that items handed over for cleaning are your property or that you have the right to submit them. You agree to be available at the agreed pickup and delivery times. Missed pickups may attract a rescheduling fee.
Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the binding price for that order.
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and wallet payments. Late payment may result in suspension of your account.
We take great care of your items, but in the event of damage or loss caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10× the service fee paid for that specific item or order.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent fabric defects, items left in pockets, or damage arising from incorrect care label instructions provided by manufacturers.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period.
You may cancel an order free of charge before our driver departs for pickup. After pickup, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Submitting prohibited items may result in immediate cancellation, disposal of the items, and account termination without refund.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
