Getting Started
Create a free account, choose your service (laundry or cleaning), select your items or room type, pick a pickup/service time, and confirm. Our team will handle the rest.
Yes — an account lets you track your orders, manage your address, and view your history. Registration is free and takes under a minute.
We currently serve Asaba, Delta State and the immediate surrounding areas. Enter your address during booking to confirm coverage.
Laundry Services
We offer wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing/pressing, and specialty care for delicate items. Check our Pricing page for a full item list.
Each order is treated as a separate batch — your items are never mixed with another customer's laundry. We use professional-grade machines and gentle detergents.
While rare, if an issue occurs we will investigate and compensate fairly based on the item's value. Contact us immediately via our support page or WhatsApp.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from pickup. Express same-day service is available for orders placed before 10 AM, subject to capacity.
Cleaning Services
We offer home cleaning, deep cleaning, office/commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
No — our team brings all necessary equipment and eco-friendly products. If you have a preferred product, you're welcome to leave it out for us to use.
Yes! For larger or custom jobs, use the "Get a Quote" option. Our team will assess your needs and provide a price within a few hours.
Pickup & Delivery
After placing an order you'll receive a confirmation with your pickup window. Our driver will collect from your door and return your clean items to the same address.
Free pickup and delivery is included on all orders above our minimum order value. Check the checkout page for the current threshold.
Yes — log in to your dashboard and visit "My Orders" to see real-time status updates for every stage of your order.
Payments & Billing
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and wallet top-ups via your account dashboard. Payment is collected after order completion.
Cash on delivery is available for certain order types. This option will appear at checkout if eligible for your area.
