Standard service is 24–48 hours from pickup. Express service is same-day or next-day. Premium specialist items may take 48–72 hours depending on the care required. Turnaround times are shown clearly at checkout.
Yes. Every item is individually tagged with a unique ID at intake and tracked through every stage. A pre-cleaning inspection logs pre-existing conditions so you're protected. We're fully liable for loss or damage caused by our team.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. If we caused the damage or loss, our liability is up to 10× the service fee for that specific item. We'll investigate, communicate clearly, and resolve it fairly — every time.
You can pay on delivery (cash or transfer) or fund your Hisparadise wallet in advance and use it for seamless checkout. Wallet top-ups are confirmed by our team before credit is applied. We accept bank transfer and debit card.
Yes — you can cancel or reschedule any time before our driver is dispatched, directly from your dashboard. After dispatch, a small rescheduling fee may apply. Orders that have already been picked up cannot be cancelled mid-clean.
