Who can refer people?

Any registered Hisparadise Clean customer can take part. If you don't have an account yet, create one for free — it only takes a minute.

How do I find my referral code?

Log in to your customer account and go to the Refer & Earn section in your dashboard. Your unique code and a shareable link are both displayed there.

When is the reward credited to my wallet?

Your ₦500.00 reward is credited automatically as soon as your friend's first qualifying order is confirmed by our team. Your friend's ₦300.00 welcome credit is applied at sign-up.

What counts as a qualifying order?

An order must be placed by a brand-new customer (never placed an order before) using your referral code, and the order value must be at least ₦1,000.00.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?

No limit at all. Every successful referral earns you ₦500.00. The more friends you refer, the more wallet credit you accumulate.

Can I refer someone who already has an account?

No — the referral bonus only applies to completely new customers. An existing user who signs up again or uses a different email to claim the bonus will be disqualified.

Do wallet credits expire?

Referral wallet credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are added. You can check your balance and expiry dates in your wallet section.

What if my friend's order is refunded or cancelled?

If the qualifying order is cancelled or refunded before fulfilment, the referral reward is reversed. This is to protect the integrity of the programme.

Referral Programme — Terms & Conditions

The referral programme is open to all registered Hisparadise Clean customers in good standing.
Rewards are credited as wallet credit and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
A qualifying order must have a minimum value of ₦1,000.00 and must be completed (not cancelled or refunded) to trigger the reward.
Each person can only be referred once. Existing customers are not eligible for the new-user bonus.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any form of fraud or abuse will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any earned credits.
Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of credit and may not be transferred.
Hisparadise Clean reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Earned credits already applied to a wallet are not affected by programme changes.
