At Hisparadise Clean, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your rights when cancelling an order or requesting a refund.

If you are unhappy with the quality of our work, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and offer one of the following resolutions:
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted, as it is not possible to verify the condition of items after that time.
If an item is damaged or lost due to our negligence, compensation is calculated based on the item's depreciated value, up to a maximum of 10× the service fee charged for that item. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed at intake.
To request a cancellation or refund:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
